Why can't I revise the quote I submitted?
Answer
The buyer controls whether or not multiple quotes can be submitted for a proposal prior to the close date. You can view this from the Controls tab of the RFx you're working on.
When the buyer sets the permission to receive a single quote, you'll be advised on this right before you submit your quote.
