I'm not receiving notification of purchase orders issued to my company. Why?

Answer

At the time a  purchase order is created, the buyer selects the appropriate contact for your company. This is based on the contact information associated with your company profile. Ensure a valid email address is associated with each contact for your company profile.

 

If the email address associated with your profile is accurate, there may be a system issue related to the problem. Send an email to the CRE Supplier Maintenance mailbox for assistance on how to proceed.
