I receive a blank page when I access Oracle.

 

Answer

  1. Clear your internet cache.

  2. Close your browser window once done.

  3. Relaunch it and access the application once more.

 

Don't know how to clear your cache?

 

IE 11 and above

    • Select Tools > Internet Options.

    • From the Internet Options window, select Delete in the Browsing History section of the General tab.

    • Once the files are deleted, click Apply > OK.

 

Firefox

    • Click from the top right navigation pane then select History.

    • Select Clear Recent History from the menu that appears.

    • The Clear All History window appears. Specify the time range & category to be cleared. Click Clear Now once done.
