Clear Browser Cache

Edge is the recommended (and the only) browser you should use when accessing CRE Oracle.

  1. Click Settings and MoreClick Settings and More in the upper-right corner of the Edge window.

  2. Select Settings.Select Settings.

  3. Select Privacy, search, and services.Select Privacy, search, and services.

  4. Click Choose what to clearClick Choose what to clear in the Clear browser data section.

  5. Ensure that Time range is set to All Time. Click Clear now.Click Clear now.

  6. Completely close all open Edge browser windows.
  7. Relaunch Edge and access Oracle.
